PRA assisted SFHA in negotiating the best terms to continue at their Sutherland House offices. This membership funded organisation needed to secure cost efficient terms and best value. The remit included a search of the market to establish alternative options but both the landlords and the SFHA were pleased to agree a deal to stay.
